Jordan Speaker's background is in finance, real assets, investments, and operational excellence. Jordan has structured and raised capital for entrepreneurs, and worked in commercial real estate regarding sale / lease back transactions and deal structuring. Additionally, Jordan has drafted and negotiated dozens of asset related contracts and has served as a management consultant specializing in cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
Jordan serves as the Managing Partner of Valor Capital, and oversees accounting, investor relations, investment management, capital and legal structuring in conjunction with our attorneys and accountants.
Jordan holds a MBA from the prestigious Jones School at Rice University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Colorado State University (Cum Laude). He also served in the United States Army as an Explosive Ordinance Team Lead, completing over 300 bomb related missions. Jordan teaches enterprise acquisition and investor fund raising at Rice University and serves as a board member for multiple Texas based veteran non-profits.
Ashli Malatek serves as the Acquisitions Analyst at Valor Capital, and oversees deal sourcing, investment evaluation, target market research, due diligence, and investor reporting.
Prior to joining Valor Capital, Ashli was an Associate at DPFG, Inc. and provided national real estate developers with a variety of capital market services. Her background extends to M&A, oil and gas, and corporate finance. Through her experiences, she was able to gain expertise in market analysis, investment evaluation, strategic planning, and deal structuring.
Ashli holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baylor University. She is currently a CFA® Program participant, and successfully passed Level I of the CFA Program in February 2021.
Nicole Iademarco joined Valor Capital in May of 2020, and serves as the Investment Analyst for the firm.
Nicole holds a MBA from the prestigious Jones School at Rice University, as well as a Master of Global affairs from Rice University. She also holds a Bachelor of Art in Sport Management with a Minor in Business from Rice University. At Rice, Nicole was selected as a Leadership Retreat Participant for Rice University’s Doerr Institute of New Leaders in 2018, where she was able to collaborate with nationally renowned leadership coaches to develop her personal leadership style.
Nicole previously played Division I basketball at Rice University and currently holds the record for made career three-pointers at Rice University. Nicole was awarded Rice University’s Women’s Basketball Scholar Athlete of the year in both 2017 and 2019, and was selected to attend the Athletes in Action Capital Academy in 2016.
