Refund Policy

Private investing program

Valor Capital LLC will issue refunds for the Private Investing Program registration per registrant request up to (7) calendar days in advance of the registrant's Private Investing Program event date ("Refund Period"). The registration fee plus applicable sales tax will be refunded less the service fee charged.

The registrant must email info@vcgmf.com with their request for a refund within the Refund Period. Please include the following information in your request for refund email:

- Reason for refund request

- Address for Refund check to be mailed to 

​

Refunds will be processed and mailed within (7) calendar days of receipt of your refund request.

Registration Transfer

Private investing program

Valor Capital LLC will allow registrants to transfer their registration to a later Private Investing Program event date per registrant request up to (7) calendar days in advance of the registrant's currently registered Private Investing Program event date ("Transfer Period").

The registrant must email info@vcgmf.com with their request for a Private Investing Program date transfer within the Transfer Period. Please include the following information in your request for a Private Investing Program event transfer:

- Reason for transfer request

- Private Investing Program event date the current registrant would like to transfer their registration to 

​

An email confirmation with an updated Zoom invite will be emailed to the registrant within (7) calendar days of receipt of the registrants transfer request.
